Customer Service Representative

Body Shop Technician

Knowledge of:

  • The methods, materials, tools, equipment and practices of auto repair trade
  • The occupational hazards and safety precautions of auto body repair trade
  • Windows based computer system and measuring software designed to measure upper and lower body
  • Basic methods of mixing hardeners and reducers

Skills in:

  • The use and care of tools and equipment
  • The use of electric, or gas or other welding and brazing equipment for steel and aluminum
  • The use of frame straightening and aligning equipment

Ability to:

  • Align or replace damaged parts according to manufactures specification
  • Follow written estimates on damaged vehicles
  • Present ideas, both orally and in writing

Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with great customer service and assist them with their automobile issues and questions.

Job Duties:

  • Must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks
  • Greet and assess customer needs, write service orders, and answer phone calls & schedule appointments 
  • Verify and collect payment for work performed
  • Keep customers up to date on their vehicle repair status and complete factory training

Professional Sales Consultant 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.

Job Duties:

  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Automotive Subaru Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order
  • Diagnose the cause of any customer concerns
  • Gather parts and labor prices to develop an accurate repair estimate
  • Perform a multi point inspection on every repair order
  • Verify the complaint and document the cause and correction accurately 
  • Road test all vehicles before turning in the completed repair order to your service advisor
  • Attend scheduled factory training
  • Ensure the customers cars and your work area are kept clean

Job Qualifications: 

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
  • Has the necessary tools to perform vehicle repairs
  • Valid social security card required
  • Has the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Have the ability to lift heavy weights multiple times during the designated work shift
  • ASE and factory certifications preferred
