Sales Associates at Frederick Ford are product specialists! We lead customers through their purchase journey by understanding our guests and their family’s needs. We spend time going through vehicle capabilities, custom financing options, and accessories in a no pressure family-friendly environment.

SCHEDULE
Sales Associates are scheduled around 40 hours per week, over 5 days per week. You will have every Sunday off, and the same weekday off each week. We do work most Saturdays as those are our busiest days.

Service Advisors

Advisors interact with customers on daily basis, check them in for service, and provide updates to customers while their vehicle is being repaired. We are customer specialists, and have a big impact on a customer’s experience at our store.

SCHEDULE
Technicians are scheduled for 40 hours per week, with most turning far more than 40 hours per week while working just 5 days a week from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. They have every Sunday off and most Saturdays, they’re occasionally scheduled for a half day on Saturdays.

Parts Counter Associate

Online Sales Managers interact with prospective customers daily and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. They will work in a growing internet sales department, answer questions, and set appointments. Internet Sales Managers will need marketing experience, ability to build email templates, and act efficiently within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will receive an hour lunch break and receive competitive performance-based pay.
